Small offers Hand-Made Cutting Board | Maple and Cherry

offers Here lies another RFF.CUT original cutting board! This small (9"Wx14"Lx3/4"H) hand-made cutting board is one of a kind as I do not make these in batches. I source my rough-sawn hardwood from a local Sawyer in MA and I prefer to create unique patterns to utilize the material with the least amount of waste possible. The majority of my cutting boards are rectangular or square for this reason.

This was made by hand in Western Massachusetts in my small wood shop!

This particular board is primarily Hard Maple with a Cherry "French Stripe" or classic stripe found in many a kitchen setting. Check out the grain pattern in the Cherry Stripe! It looks like the rings around a planet. its OUT OF THIS WORLD!

It is made of durable hardwoods that will provide years of service when cared for properly. This board is finished in a food-safe mineral oil and bees wax.

MAINTENANCE: Simply apply a food-grade mineral oil every couple of months or as required to restore the sheen. for added protection, a mineral oil/beeswax mix can also be applied.

Cutting Boards and Serving Trays get dirty. In fact, I may get upset if you didn't put it to good use!

TO CLEAN: rinse with WARM water and a mild soap, if necessary. It is STRONGLY recommended to avoid HOT water and harsh chemicals when cleaning. DO NOT CLEAN IN THE DISHWASHER.
