This item does have a larger middle hole than the rest surrounding it. It is in wonderful condition but does have a couple of small and minor chips around the mouth of the biggest hole in the middle. Please look at the pictures closely

This item stands 2 inches tall from the bottom to the highest point and has a width of 2 3/4 inches.
