This is a Vintage Vibrant Wild Colors Lazarus Paris Cincinnati Bird Feather Cloche Hat. Very Unique and Different. No hat box comes with it , it is just pictured with a hat box. The hat was purchased at Meis in Terre Haute, Indiana as there is an original receipt and I will included it with the hat. Good Condition with normal age wear and Looks to not have been worn much at all. It measures approx. 22-23 inches around as it is hard to measure exact. Looks to have been made with some Exotic Parrot and other Bird offers Feathers. Also has a Netting inside the hat. If you have any more questions please ask before you purchase. I ship to the USA.
