1920s gypsy fancy dress offers costume for a child

A charming old home-made gypsy fancy dress costume for a little girl.
There's a black velvet waistcoat & matching head-band, trimmed with dangly gold coins.
When I bought it there were 2 skirts; the original 1920s pink silk one, trimmed with silk ribbons but with no waistband and a later (probably 1950s) one made from blue cotton. I have stitched the pink one inside the waistband of the blue one to form offers a petticoat so it shows at the hem. There is some frailty to the pink silk but this way it can still form part of the costume.

Head band 20" around.
Waist coat up to approx. 26" chest.
Skirt 15 1/2" long. Waistband slightly stretchy, 19" to 23".
