Our organic toddler pillows measure 18'' by 12'' and are light to moderately filled for a few reasons: The light filling helps support your child's head and neck appropriately, reduces the risk of suffocation for little children and make it very easy for parents to machine wash and dry. The GOTS certified organic offers muslin fabric on the outside keeps your child's head nice and cool as well as help prevent overheating. It is much more airy and breathable than the heavyweight thick fabrics.
