This luxury lotus organic anti-aging cream is made with the highest quality ingredients. The consistency is smooth and velvety on the skin, soaks in within a minute or two, sans greasiness, leaving your skin feeling supple with a luminescent glow. I whipped this lotion until it became a fluffy, creamy, velvety consistency and then I added pure lotus absolute oil which creates a delicate, sweet, enchanting smell and feel to the lotion. Other skincare lines at department drugstores that include lotus oil charge easily over $100-$150 due to the rarity and expense of lotus oil and contain harmful ingredients such as parabens and harsh sulfates. Most department store lotions also don't include Ceramides and hyaluronic acid together in a formula for such a low price and they don't make handmade batches with love!
This luxury lotus cream is made without any use of those harsh sulfates and parabens, only the most natural ingredients. This lotion comes packaged in a high quality reusable Miron glass bottle, which extends the life of the ingredients and filters out all harmful UV contributing to degradation of the organic essential oils.

Here is some Information about the skincare benefits of ceramides, colloidal copper, lotus absolute, and hyaluronic acid:
CERAMIDES:
"Ceramides are a type of lipid found in the cell membrane of cells. Skin cells in the outermost layer of the skin called the epidermis are a rich source of ceramides. Along with other lipids like cholesterol, fatty acids, squalene and cholesterol esters, ceramides prevent loss of water through the skin that could lead to dryness. They also act as a barrier against bacteria and environmental pollutants. Ceramides, fatty acids and cholesterol work together in the outermost layer of the epidermis called the stratum corneum to prevent moisture loss and keep skin moist and supple. Ceramides make up about 40% of the lipids in the stratum corneum. There are nine different ceramides labeled 1 through 9.
Unfortunately, ceramide levels decline with age. That's one reason skin becomes drier as a person grows older. Harsh cleansers can disrupt ceramides and lipids, leading to dry skin, and some medications like cholesterol-lowering drugs alter ceramide and lipid levels in the outer layer of the epidermis. Diet plays a role too. Eating a diet that lacks essential fatty acids can disrupt skin's natural barrier against moisture loss. A certain amount of dietary fat is important for healthy skin. Not surprisingly, people on very low fat diets often have dry, flaky skin due to loss of ceramides and other lipids that help skin retain water. (Skinstore.com)"
COLLOIDAL COPPER:
"The University of Maryland Medical Center reports that Colloidal copper promotes healing of skin burns and cuts. The university writes that copper applied directly to the wound promotes faster healing and skin regeneration. In the treatment of burns, copper and other metals may be lost. (Livestrong.com)"

HYALURONIC ACID:
"Scientifically speaking, hyaluronic acid (also known as hyaluronan) is a glycosaminoglycan, a type of molecule composed partly of sugars. Hyaluronic acid is actually a natural structural component of skin, and, in fact, is present in connective tissue throughout the human body.
So why is hyaluronic acid such a big deal? The magic of this ingredient lies in its ability to retain moisture; it's considered to have a greater capacity to hold moisture than any other natural or synthetic polymer. In fact, one gram of hyaluronic acid is able to hold up to six liters of water (International Journal of Toxicology, July/August 2009)!
This is important with regard to aging because one of the hallmarks of youthful skin is its moisture content. As we age, our skin loses moisture, resulting in a loss of firmness and pliability (Dermatoendorocronology, 2012).
Note: This does not mean that everyone's skin becomes dry with age; it simply means that skin lacks the amount of moisture it had in its youth due to sun damage and/or other factors. Without question, you can still have oily skin in your 60s (perhaps just not as oily as it was in your 20s)!
Hyaluronic acid can improve your skin's moisture content and at the same time strengthen skin's barrier; that is, the outer layers of your skin. A healthy barrier looks and feels softer, smoother, and plumper—all hallmarks of younger-looking skin! But, with hyaluronic acid, that's not all you get—there are many additional benefits beyond just a more youthful appearance.
We know that just about everything, from sun damage and acne to sensitive skin and rosacea, can lead to a damaged barrier, so repairing skin's barrier with skin-identical ingredients, like hyaluronic acid (as detailed in this article), can go a long way toward fixing, or at least minimizing, those issues, which means it's helpful for all skin types. Its lightweight texture isn't an issue for oily skin, and it's gentle enough that it isn't a problem for sensitive skin. Hyaluronic acid is also safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Even better: Hyaluronic acid also provides antioxidant defense against free-radical damage, and reduces inflammation (Journal of offers Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, 2012 & Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, 2012). Now that's what we call a multitasking anti-aging ingredient!"
