Antique Handpainted Small Plates offers - RS Germany and Jaeger & Co

This pair (2) of antique handpainted German porcelain small plates are simply lovely. Both feature floral designs with gold trim. The smaller of the two plates is from Reinhold Schegelmilch and features small blue flowers. It is marked on the base with the RS Germany green mark and is signed by artist "N. Sauer" on the face under one of the leaves. The other plate is from Markredtwitz Jaeger and is part of the Findlay collection. It features pale pink flowers and iis marked on the base with the J & C/GHBC [George H. Bowman] mark. These date to offers the early part of the 20th century.

No damage. Minimal signs of age/use. Some crazing - most notably to the back of the Jaeger plate.

Measure:
RS Germany (blue): 6-3/8" diameter
Jaeger (pink): 6-7/8" diameter
