Vintage Gloves - Thin Black Leather Elbow-Length offers Gloves with Floral Cutout Design, 1930s

Gorgeous!

This amazing pair of gloves are possibly c. the 1930s, but could be as late as the 1950s. These are made of thin, soft black leather, without any lining. They were never worn - they're still stitched together at the end of the arms! No labels, sadly, but there is a stamp inside (I can't read it, but I provided a photo of it). These are elbow-length gloves. The backs have a beautiful design of stitched flowers, with a floral cutout design as well. The design starts at the back of the hands, and goes all the way to the very end of the arm.

Condition: very nice. It looks like they were purchased, and then put away. Very little wear. The age and the cutouts make these a little fragile, however.

Measurements: 14" from tip of index to end of wrist; 7.5" from base of thumb to end of arm; 3" index; 1.25" from inside thumb seam to outside seam; 2 5/8" wide. These are VERY narrow, meant for a very slender hand - so narrow, in fact, I couldn't try them on myself!
