Sekeleka offers Hammocks

These beautiful products are made by the ladies of Associacao Sekeleka Mocambique. Begun in 2013, Associacao Sekeleka offers sewing courses for members of the Mozambican town of Manhica.. After graduating offers the sewing course the ladies receive a training on how to make hammocks and aprons out of the unique and beautiful Mozambican fabric, capulana. Each lady then selects their fabric and sews their item. The funds for each hammock and apron go back to the association and the women who make them. These hammocks offer a sustainable income for the women of the Association. Purchase a hammock and help support the ladies! With love, from Moz!
