Antique Victorian Biscuit Jar 1900's Handpainted Van Bergh Silver Plate Floral Cracker Biscuit offers Jar Art Glass Hall2

This is a Victorian Art Glass Biscuit jar hand painted florals with signed Van Bergh Silver Plate Co. Lid. It has pretty painted yellow & pink flowers on both sides offers of jar. On one side of jar near painted flower stem looks to be signed with “Hall2”. Not sure if this signifies A.J. Hall Meriden Ct. or not?

It measures approximately 6 1/4 inches tall without lid & 8 1/8 inches tall with lid. 4 inches across bottom underside base.

There are no chips, cracks or lines. It does show its age with wear to glass where handle rests especially more to one side than the other. There is wear & loss to background coloring, light scratching & rub markings. Age related wear & patina to silver plate.
