Vintage "Mary" offers doll w/plastic face --1950's?

This unusual young lady is approx. 15" tall and has a very pretty plastic face. We are not sure who made her? Maybe Rushton? She doesn't have any tags. She might be a majorette--? With the hat she has? Speaking of her hat, it is removable and has a ribbon on it that says "Mary." She is rare. We can't find her anywhere online. We welcome any one's info about this girl as we have none. Her body is soft stuffed and she has short plush covering it. She's fairly clean and in very nice shape. We are guessing she's from the offers 1950's? But we don't know for sure. She could use a good cleaning from someone who knows what they are doing. We don't know if she's missing anything or not since her arms are positioned like she might have had a drum at one point? She doesn't have any visible staining or holes. Overall she's in really good shape and she's so pretty!! She'd be really nice for a collector. Please look at pics closely as they are part of the description. Doll stand not included.
