A very good friend of mine asked if I could sell items from his mothers estate. His mother has been gone for over 15 plus years and he felt it was time to let go of some of her items. She was a big world traveler and collected treasures from all over the globe and had a really good eye for interesting jewelry, decor and antiques.

This beautiful vintage evening purse was all the rage in the 1940s-1950s. Black wool felted tufted fabric with an amazing streamlined gold metal clasp accents this beautifully designed evening bag. It is in offers great condition for close to 80-70 plus years, with a tag sewn inside the purse with the Ingber name. Some lite wear on the metal, the fabric has no stains or tears, excellent! Still "Chic" today as the day it was created! Handles made out of the same fabric.
