Incredible! I have not found another like this one. This parrot is BIG, measuring 5" from top to bottom, It is approximately 1 & 5/8" wide. There are not markings that I can find. Looks offers like the back might be "pot metal" (mixture of metals with silver). I made no attempts to clean this. The majority of the stones are bright and clear, but there is that area under the chin and above the eye that is discolored. When I look at it closely, it almost seems like something was spilled on it and it dried. He has a black rhinestone for his eye, and 5 individual fluid fringes of rhinestones for his tail. Really Special!
