After payment I will send an email to discuss and confirm time of session. Usually within 24 hours. It is recommended at the time of your session to be somewhere comfortable such as outside in nature or resting in a comfortable chair or lying down somewhere where you won't be disturbed for about 35 minutes. After the session I will email you with any information I am given about your healing. This occurs often but not always.
