Allows docked iPods (and other 30-pin iDevices) to output a digital audio signal. THIS DOES NOT PRODUCE AUDIO BY ITSELF. You still need to connect it to an external DAC via Digital Optical cable (included) Original Remote does not work. Tested with multiple batteries and could not get it to function. Included the remote, in case buyer wants a go at fixing it. Includes an untested aftermarket remote as well.
