1970's Parker Arrow Matte Black Pen and Pencil Set offers in Box

This is a 1970's Parker Arrow Matte Black Pen and Pencil Set in Box with paperwork. The pen still writes but the pencil will need some lead in it. They are in Good Condition with normal age wear. Each offers Arrow has a hole in the end so I am not sure if something is missing or maybe feathers were supposed to be attached. Most of these pens the arrows are just one piece...so just not sure.
