This is a fabulous Whiting and Davis chainmail mesh evening shoulder bag from 1984. On the front, there is an art deco chevron design in gold, silver and copper mesh on a black background. It zips close across the top. The inside is lined in Whiting and Davis logo taffeta, with a small slide compartment. The strap is black leather and ties to the side loops. Technically, they could be removed. Made in USA. This unique bag is clean and in excellent vintage condition. Shows no signs of use.
