16" Factory Original Composition offers Baby Doll

She is a composition flange head on an all-cloth body and compo gauntlet hands. Has all fingers. She wears her original organza dress with matching slip, cloth diaper and baby under shirt. I believe her head has been airbrushed. This is how I received her. Color is strong with no crazing. Tiny bit of paint peel. She has a few rubs in her rosy cheeks.
