Vintage 80s Liz Roberts balloon sleeve all-over pleated dress with elastic waist. The dress is completely sheer and would need to be worn over a slip or something else more fun! The dress has thread belt loops but is missing it's belt. Belt in photos is just to show that you can put just about any belt on this dress. The gold belt is available in a separate listing.
