This depiction of a poppy is a beautiful unique specimen.

The colorful motif was painstakingly painted by an artist on a ceramic plate and fired as a glaze in naturalistic, shiny colors.
The plate was made on the back with a device for hanging as a mural. But it is also beautiful as a bowl for your fruit on the table. See photos.

This plate has a dark gray glazed background on which a second glaze in the form of aventurine gold particles was applied.
It shines depending on the incidence of light, sunbeams in wonderful accents ... it is a lot more beautiful in nature than I can describe it here.

The condition is good to excellent. There are no chips, cracks, or damage. He was very well looked after. In summer he hung on the terrace and in winter he was allowed into the stairwell. It is heavy and stable, the wind won't get it into trouble, perfect for the garden as a fruit bowl or as a mural.
