I wear a women's size 8.5 and they do seem like they would be a size 9 as they fit me pretty well. Some scuffs, scratches, and wear as shown which give these boots their character. Discoloration of sorts can be seen, I am unsure if this is how they are made or if this is a flaw - but noting it anyway. Boots are about 13.5" tall.
