This adorable dress is sure to be a hit!
-Made from yards of soft red tulle, this dress is extra fluffy :)
-Features a faux "apron" in hot pink, trimmed with sweet, white eyelet lace and embellished with an extra large red glitter heart
-Top has a smaller red glitter heart and hot pink feathers
-Two large, white shoulder bows top off the dress (can select halter tie if desired)
-Elastic headband features a red glitter heart and hot pink feathers. Heart can be worn on the side of the head :)

The final touch is a dusting of sparkle glitter :)
