This is a delightful wall hanging from one of the famous French wine regions. The basket is filled with grapes and apples that have been carefully arranged to provide an incredible visual effect.

This region is famous for its 'Vin Jaune' which is much celebrated and respected in France. The piece has been painted and varnished and shows different colours of fruit. It is a lovely piece offers that would grace the walls of any home, particularly one interested in wine and vineyards.

My father was an accomplished woodcarver, and I have always appreciated the art. This piece is a bit special as it has been made with a large number of different woods, handcarved and polished and pieced together to create this beautiful piece of kitchenalia, an excellent final touch to your shop, cafe or family kitchen.
