Gorgeous, romantic Royal Grafton teacup and saucer, made in England. An unusual taupe background with extensive gold floral detailing. Pink roses with gold and grey leaves in the saucer centre and teacup bottom. Hand painted. Numbered K8114.

Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Both pieces ping nicely.

PLEASE NOTE:
My number 1 concern is for my customer's satisfaction. The items that I sell in my shop are either vintage (20+ years old) or antique (100+ years old). Please do not look for perfection :) It is very hard to find in items of this age. Some common small flaws are firing blisters, small divots, errant paint marks or other specks, occasional crazing (major crazing will be described but it is possible to miss a small amount of faint crazing-I do not examine items under a microscope :)

Based on situations that have arisen over the years, I unfortunately need to clearly outline the following:

1. I will ALWAYS describe in my listings, any obvious flaws such as cracks, chips, gold loss, repairs, paint wear or MAJOR crazing. ***Small amounts of crazing that are seen only under very close inspection under a bright light, may be present. Please do not purchase items if this is a concern for you.

2. I ALWAYS check over items carefully prior to shipping in case there is a flaw that I did not previously notice. If I notice a previously undescribed flaw, I will let you know before shipping to either arrange a cancellation of your purchase or to arrive at another mutual resolution.

3. If you have a concern with your purchase after receiving it, please contact me right away, and send me photos (or videos if appropriate) of the issue. We will work together to decide on a fair resolution.

4. I endeavour to purchase only items that are in excellent condition-however, if the item has a flaw such as a crack or a repair-at times, I will purchase it for my shop if it is rare or very unusual. I WILL POINT OUT ANY SUCH FLAW.

5. If your box arrives damaged, please keep it and photograph the damage in case there is damage to the item(s) within. This will assist with any potential claim re: damages.

6. If you feel an item/items purchased IS/ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED, please contact me with photos of the concerns you have with the item/items. You will need to return the item (in its original condition) for a full refund (including shipping paid). If the item is received back to me damaged, I will not be able to refund the purchase.

7. IF YOU HAVE SHIPPED YOUR PURCHASE VIA A FORWARDING SERVICE from Canada or the US to your country, I will only pay for return shipping to the address that you provided for the original shipment (for example-if you use a forwarding service to ship your item from Canada to Asia, any return shipping will be for the amount you paid to have the item shipped to originally (i.e. in Canada or the US).Again, this is for items that were not as described (as backed up by photographs).

8. Purchases that you are having delivered via a forwarding service are considered delivered when they arrive at the forwarding service. I take no responsibility for any damage to the package/item/items that occur in transit to its final destination. Therefore please be absolutely sure you are happy with your item before purchasing.

9. If you simply change your mind or feel the colour is not exactly what you wanted or thought it would be, please contact me right away and I will be happy to refund you the price of the item/s once you ship it/them back to offers me in its/their original condition. In this situation, I will not be refunding shipping that you paid originally, or to return the item/s to me.

10. Please do not ask me to falsify the amount of your purchase for the customs declaration-this is illegal and I will NOT do it.

11. Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes due upon arrival of your item/items in your country.

12.Please do not buy items marked as “Reserved” as I will unfortunately have to cancel and refund your purchase.

13. If you wish to purchase multiple items, I will combine shipping costs and will refund any shipping overages.
