Stunning example of hat design.
Dark blue felt moulded body
Natural straw trim to frame the head
Straw covered hatpin- decoration only as quite fragile.
Felt bow detail on crown.

Quite a hard one to measure!
Crown inner circumference - 20.75"
I would offers recommend best for small to average head size.

Condition- Good vintage condition
Hat pin is fragile and should be for decoration only
