Rush Limbaugh marketed these in the 1990s under the "No Boundaries" name. The name of this specific tie is "Carousel (black)" from the 1995 line of the Rush Limbaugh ties. This tie has a horse theme, with carousel horses on poles with ribbons.

The tie is pre-owned and offers in excellent condition, with the gold chain on the back. The silk really shines with a beautiful textured finish. All silk material, made in the U.S.A.
