I bought this book with '1st edition 1st printing' pencilled in but had to do some research, as 1st edition is not explicitly stated.
Found the title on the website 'First offers Edition Points' and can attest this is the 1st edition...trade edition meaning that there was a limited, signed edition that was published beforehand. This is the first the general public could buy of this beautiful book...if you can read number lines, you may even be able to confirm this is the first printing; I am not sure, so won't say.

In very good vintage condition. Pages are clean, binding is tight. Dustcover is slightly smudged on back, not price-clipped. Hardcover (front) has a few light smatterings, not even showing up in image 2, is the only 'issue' in the book. I'd call it gift-worthy...and collectable!
