celebrate your furry baby girl with this gorgeous birthday outfit. This birthday dress is a combination of finest fabrics and materials. The top is made out of white knit. It has sleeves with cuffs and a collar band, all of the same fabric as the bodice.
I painted directly to the fabric by hand the words " BIRTHDAY CUTIE", using special gold glitter fabric paint that won't washed away.
For the skirt I use gold glittered tulle; it has a gold satin lining to give the dress softness. The front skirt has an opening for your furry baby walk freely. The skirt is gathered all around the waist.
I embellished this dress with a black satin bow and a black rhinestone on the middle.
