based on research I believe these are brass that have been spray painted, though at first thought I thought they may be cast iron

very heavy, solid - great to be used as a jewelry or soap dish!

approx. 6 1/2" x 5" x 1 1/2"

unmarked; reminiscent of Avon milk glass open hand dish designs
