It depicts a seated man with his legs raised.
His arms are resting on his knees.
The offers hands are crossed and tied with a thick rope.
Probably this should represent a prisoner or this is a man with a snake around his hands?
The man appears to be naked with only a necklace around his neck with a medallion.
Painted in an earthy red tone.

This is a vintage item from the 1980's
It is in good condition, one tiny chip from finger (photo 8)
